Today i took your necklace off. You know, the one that I've been wearing for a good two years now. I have been basing my life around you, and the goals that we promised eachother. Just because you're not here anymore doesn't mean I won't still keep those promises.
I talked to you day after day since you left me here on Earth. You told me you'd always watch over me and protect me. And since you left, you broke both promises.
I need to realize that you're gone, and never coming back. I need to realize that I will never see you again.
I made a breakthrough, and if you are watching, you saw it.
I miss you too much now. And i need to stop using the necklace as my only "connection" with you.
You were my best friend for a long eight years and I will never forget you.
